Simultaneous Events with Style!

What began as a guest appreciation event at one J. Jill store — the women's specialty retailer of artistically inspired clothing, shoes, and accessories — has grown into a nationwide program of 125 in-store events that attract 25,000 J. Jill's best guests every single quarter!

So how does J. Jill ensure the upscale events, held over the course of two nights, run as smoothly as silk chiffon? It has ARAMARK National Events handle all the logistics for all of the events.

“I cannot say enough good things about National Events,” said Paula Mascia, the originator of J. Jill's guest events, and manager of Retail Merchandise Operations & Sales Generation. “Everything runs like clockwork.”

Based in Chicago, National Events designs, and executes multisite national event solutions to meet clients’ unique business needs. With only one point of contact, National Events handles everything so the client can focus on the true business purpose of the gathering.

“Our quarterly events provide us with the chance to reward our loyal guests, allow her to preview the collection and contribute to a wonderful cause.” (A portion of sales goes to the Compassion Fund that supports women and children in need.) J. Jill has also seen a benefit to the bottom line since event guests shop more often and spend more than guests who do not attend.

ARAMARK National Events. Staging multi-location events just got easier

In order to complement J. Jill’s sophisticated and relaxed collections, National Events brainstorms ideas for themes and menu items to blend with the brand’s natural colors, décor, and merchandising. Mascia then reviews the suggestions. From there, National Events plots out a time/action calendar down to the last detail to flawlessly design 125 catered events all over the country.

“National Events has consistently provided a quality menu and excellent on-site service,” said Mascia. “They truly help us create a perfect, comfortable atmosphere for J. Jill guests in every single store, every single time, and every season.”
